Ingersoll's Response to COVID-19

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and per notification by the NYS Department of Health on March 13, all visitation inside the building has been suspended unless medically necessary and remains in effect. Effective Wednesday June 29th, 2020, Ingersoll Place will host outdoor socially distanced visits with residents. For specifics of this Visitation Policy please refer to this link: Ingersoll COVID Visitation Policy. This status is dependent on cases in the building.

CURRENT VISITATION STATUS: CLOSED to Outdoor visits and Indoor visits. Video Chat and Window Visits are available.

Refer to this Link for Indoor Visitation Policy Update.

We will continue to monitor the health status of our residents throughout the day and all staff as they enter our building. Frequent and effective hand-washing and use of hand sanitizers are practiced by residents and staff as part of maintaining good hygiene and helping to prevent the transmission of illness. Appropriate use of masks and other personal protective equipment and safe distancing protocols will remain in effect until otherwise advised by the NYS Dept. of Health. Ongoing cleaning and disinfecting of the facility continues on a daily basis.

Families that wish to schedule video chats with their loved ones should contact Bridget O'Connor, Lead Concierge at 518-370-4419.
