Ingersoll's Response to COVID-19
To all Families and Friends who will be visiting Ingersoll Place:
Per notification of by the NYS Department of Health on March 6, all visitation has been suspended unless medically necessary. Those who are permitted under those circumstances, must wear a mask and go immediately to the residents room.
Currently we have no active cases within our facility and will continue to monitor staff as they enter our building. Our staff will continue to practice good hygiene and disinfect the community on a daily basis.
We will have Skype and FaceTime available for any families/ loved ones of our residents that would like to have a "face to face" visit.
Our staff caring for residents will also now be required to wear masks when caring for our Residents. Please do not be alarmed, this is only a precaution.
Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions. Together, we will get through this!
