Restaurant Style Dining at Ingersoll Place
Food matters at Ingersoll Place and everyone has his or her favorites – whether it’s cooked-to-order eggs, seafood and pasta, barbecued ribs or chocolate cake.
Under the direction of Ingersoll's Food Service Director and in consultation with a registered dietician, meals are designed to be appealing to the eye and the palate. Each day’s menus include a variety of chef-prepared entrees and side dishes as well as lighter fare to help ensure a healthy balance of good nutrition and personal food choices. Special diets, including no-added-salt, no-concentrated-sweets and texture-modified are routinely integrated into meal planning and preparation.
The Stanford Dining Room at Ingersoll Place is spacious and beautiful with window views of our forever-wild backyard. Meals are served restaurant style by an experienced team of wait staff who take great pride in getting to know the residents and their individual preferences.
We are committed to providing a positive dining experience for our residents at every meal, every day with an emphasis on personalized service, attractive surroundings and pleasant ambiance. Feedback and suggestions are always welcomed!
